The bus histories

These bus histories are very far from complete. They accumulate from scraps or blocks of information from a variety of sources, and I hope in time will develop into reasonable histories. As I can seldom cross-check sources, there may well be errors too. (Even I have been known to make mistakes!) Any additional information gratefully received: Ian Smith.
