Bus histories

These histories have been compiled from a variety of sources (that don't always agree with each other).
Most comprehensive in data terms is "London Transport Vehicle Histories, B,D & G Classes" by Alan Bond.
"London Utility Buses" by Ken Blacker is a good read, and fleshes out the bare bones.
"London Bus Files" 1940-45, 1946-49 and 1950-54 by Ken Glazier give an outline.
Many other books provide odd fragments of information, and trawling through the internet ($) can be useful, or not!
