GoRide Community Interest Company: Dennis Dart SLF

Essex chose GoRide Community Interest Company to operate the circuitous 374 route between Grays and Basildon, via the villages Chadwell, East Tilbury, Orsett, Horndon-on-the-Hill, Stanford-le-Hope, Corringham and Fobbing, starting in January 2012. GoRide leased four Dart MPDs, and added coloured tapes, multicoloured Goride logos and route branding along the cant-rail.

They kept the contract for just fifteen months, before it was taken over by Imperial Buses. Go-Ride, with no work remaining in Thurrock, returned the buses off-lease.
